DISC Personality Assessment / Personality Tests is designed to help you understand your DISC personality type, based on the DISC model of personality, originally developed by Dr. William Marston in 1928. According to the test each person exhibit one of four primary personality traits: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). These traits are assessed to understand an individual's typical behavior, communication style, and work preferences. For each group of four adjectives, you are asked to rank them from 1 to 4 according to how accurately they describe you: 1 = That’s me! 2 = Pretty much me 3 = A bit like me 4 = Least like me It is important to note that each value (1-4) should only be used once per group. This process requires careful self-reflection, but should not be overanalyzed—try to respond based on your instinctive, overall impression of each adjective. After completing the assessment, the sum of your rankings for each DISC type will help identify your dominant personality traits, providing insights into your behavior and tendencies in various settings, including professional and personal environments.
